Antigo Construction, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator who will be excited to join a small business and be part of a team dedicated to being the best at what it does every day.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience preferred
– CDL driver preferred, but not required
– Diesel engine and electro-hydraulic systems experience a plus
– On-the-job training option for good candidates with less experience
– Travel to project sites across the United States
– Willing to work long hours when project schedules require it, typical shift is 12 hours
– Work safely by always being alert and cautious
– Ability to work independently and with others
– Current member of Operating Engineers Local 139 union (Wisconsin), or willing to join
Wage & Benefits:
– Operating Engineers union wage rate (base rate is $44.77/hour)
– Operating Engineers union benefits package (health, pension, etc.)
– Overtime pay after 8 hours/day and on weekends
– Paid travel & lodging, company pickup
– Continuing education reimbursement, wellness incentive, safety award, phone reimbursement
