32,000 square yards of concrete pavement was broken and seated with a T8600 Badger Breaker® and a 50-ton proof roller. A Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) was used to measure the elastic modulus of the fractured concrete. Antigo mobilized three times to meet the contractor’s traffic staging plan.
