Antigo used a MHB Badger Breaker® to crack an old 11′-wide concrete pavement after the existing asphalt overlay was milled off and windrowed on the shoulder. The cracked concrete was seated with a pneumatic-tired roller and then the asphalt millings were bladed back over the concrete as a base for the new aggregate layer with a bituminous surface treatment.
